Program begins on Monday, April 6th and run for 4 weeks. Throughout these 4 weeks, you will be given 12 workouts to do and additional FUN FIX challenges will be added in on “off” days. Variety is there, FUN is having the community involved, INTENSITY is adjusted to meet each of your own abilities and the XTREME in some of the challenges we encourage you to try.
